Curious question for the Italians: Have any of y'all ever tried pizza in the UK? What kind of pizza was it and what was your reaction to it?

I’ve tried some of the best Neapolitan Traditional pizzas right there in Brighton and Hove! Also reasonaby priced. Fatto a Mano is one of the most popular, but also Nanninella makes some excellent stuff.

  2. Is this a tomato soup served in a cup of dough?

Holy shit that looks bad. The margarita looks like tomato soup on raw dough and the sausage looks like a dogs dinner. True pizza crime. WTF!

Not as bad, but the price is kinda steep for the portion size.

  5. Not sure why the Brits get most of the delivery food wrong. If you think this is wrong, don’t ever get a doner Kebap in the UK. It looks like shredded cardboard in most places and there will still be a TikTok or YouTube creator who tells you that it’s not bad at all. They somehow even like it.

Wtf, if I had the money I would just go to the store and buy all the ingredients, make it myself, get more than double the amount of pizza and some pocket change.

I’m so upset that the UK gets this bad of a rap with food. I swear, we make good stuff ok? Not everything here is piled mush with extra slop

I don’t know what’s worse: these undercooked, paper mâche looking abominations or that they were 18 pounds plus tax (about $24.16 in USD).

I could get a better pizza at a gas station.

(Looking at you Costco, you the goat)

This is pizza from a football ground and not a regular takeaway or restaurant. Still a crime though.

Is it even cooked? What the hell? Looks like a TV dinner before nuking it

Yes, I had pizza in London, can’t remember exactly what as it’s been 10 years but it was great.

I also had a few slices from an italian stand in Newcastle and it was great too.

You can find great pizza anywhere, just…not this shit pictured here.
