Mother’s Day bakery pop-up this Saturday!

Hey r/FoodNYC,

We run a French-Asian micro-bakery here in NYC, and we’re doing a Mother’s Day pop-up this Saturday, May 11 from 1–4PM at Afficionado Coffee (750 11th Ave, 53rd & 11th) in Hell’s Kitchen.

We specialize in madeleines—but not the dry, forgotten kind. Ours are filled, glazed, and a little bit dramatic.

For this pop-up, we’re featuring flavors like:

• Pistachio & cherry
• Black sesame & yuzu
• Pandan & Coconut
• Rose & Raspberry Bouquet (Mother’s Day special, in picture)

Everything is baked fresh and filled by hand. If you’re nearby or just looking for a sweet weekend pick-me-up (or a gift for mom), come say hi!
