soooo i made a chia "pudding" and blended all my ingredients to mitigate the goopy experience that i sometimes struggle with with chia seeds and what i got was a semi hard paste. like its DENSE. feel like i could lay bricks with this.. anyways, is there any way to revive this??? another can of coconut milk perhaps? plz help!

for context i did 5tbsp chia + 1 can 13.5oz coconut cream milk + flavors…

the additional ingredients were 1bsp lions mane mushroom powder + 1tbsp collagen powder + 1tsp blue spirulina + 1/2tsp vanilla + 1tbsp maple syrup

  2. On the other hand maybe you just invented a new keto snack

In my experience, there isn’t really an easy way to loosen a really tight chia pudding. Last time I did this, to not waste food, I just cut it into chunks, put whipped cream on top, and ate it like super weird jello.

Does your bathroom tile need grouting?

Nah, I’d toss it and cut your losses

Try thinning it out with more coconut milk and blend again—should smooth it right out!

How about layering it with other ingredients, such as a trifle? Whipped cream, chopped fruit, nuts, etc.

Yes, more coconut milk, and probably more sweetener…

Take pieces, roll into balls, flatten, brown in a dry pan, and then you’ll have chia wraps. Looks like you have enough dough for at least 5-8

Just mix some more liquid in it and I would use a boat motor again

  10. Maybe use as a spread for a slice of bread or a bagel? I would probably use it like a cream cheese sorta situation with some honey and fresh fruit.

Make “shavings” or thin pieces with it, served with whipped cream. Maybe some berries or chopped nuts.
