The way it should be – so many people basically make pulled pork out of ribs.

What’s the yellow on it on the last pic?

I call that having to tug haha. Favorite way to cook them.

DAYUMMMM I want to make ribs now !!! Looks delish!! What rubs/seasonings? Cheers 🍻

  4. Judging ribs 101, should see the bite mark. A bit of pull back is the way.

The way ribs should be cooked. No 3-2-1 where you can pull out the bone and make a McRib sammich.

  6. Just when I want to take a break yall pull me back in

If it falls off the bone it’s considered overcooked in a competition.

Y’all are nuts. Fall off ribs are where it’s at. These look tremendous regardless.

So was this a modified version of 3-2-1 cooking method?

That almost looks like a candy coat on top. Damn fine ribs. I almost forgot I have 2 racks in my freezer.

Why is it always one or the other? Should be, shouldnt be?

I have had great ribs that were fall off the bone. And great ribs that weren’t.

To quote Marco Pierre White, “at the end of the day, it’s all about *eating*”

Cook it more, cook it less. Cook it how you like it. Cook it differently each time. It’s your choice. Don’t let anyone tell you what is the right way.
