We’ve had an Anova 1.0 oven for years, no issues, and love it…use it every day, cook most things in it just for the ease of use. We took a chance and ordered the new 2.0 oven…even though it was a ton of money for us.
It arrived yesterday with lots of box damage and the oven is damaged, glass completely smashed. We are beyond distraught.
I submitted a support request but I have read that it is taking weeks and weeks to get a reply, if you get one at all.
I was someone might have some contacts/emails of someone at Anova, or some advice on how to actually connect with someone to see if we can expedite a replacement… We are in panic mode to have this much money tied up in something unusable…I didn’t realize they no longer had a phone where you could speak with someone…

Is there a question here?

If the box looked like this when you got it, the first call should have been to the shipper. It was clearly damaged in transit and the shipper should be responsible not Anova.

I’ve only had to contact support once, and it was a good experience..
After several years of use, the ring clamp cracked. I asked them if there was a link to the website where I could buy a replacement part, and they just shipped me one for free. This time made out of better material.

You are probably going to have to pay a yearly subscription to use the oven, or at least connect with Bluetooth. I’m not a fan of Anova anymore.

I had a quick, personal response when I contacted Anova. I have my issues with the company, but their customer service, in my experience, is better than average. I hope you have a good and swift resolution!

Why on earth did you accept that delivery?
