Paprika lemon chicken thighs – dumped in the marinade this morning and grilled up this evening. Will serve with the peppers and onions and a side salad for lunch, rice for dinner.
Peppers and onions – sliced and fried with additional ingredients as per recipe.
Green sauce – I wanted to add capers to this but I didn't have any. Tastes zingy and great as it is anyway. Will serve with the chicken dishes.
Simple boiled vegetables – potatoes, broccoli and carrots.
This week is super busy and I still feel like I'm catching up from the weekend energy-wise, so this was a very quick week of simple and easy flavours.
