porthos smoked mackerel in olive oil, gherkins, tzatziki, tj’s crackers and sauerkraut

first time trying this porthos tin and it’s so dry!! anybody have a good tinned mackerel recommendation?

    Bela’s piri piri mackerel and Angelo Parodi’s mackerel with ginger and pepper are my two reasonably priced favorites. José Gourmet mackerel fillets in curry sauce is an absolute treat if you’re wanting to splurge.

    Matiz Mackeral – good quality fish and oil

    If you’re in the US, I’ve been buying on Amazon 12 tins for $45. Not bad at all for the price.
