It’s always disappointing when a hot sauce isn’t actually hot at all, but sometimes the flavor is so good it makes up for it anyway. This is definitely one of those cases.
Don’t ask me why the calorie count is so insane, though.

Scotch bonnet the 2nd ingredient yet “no heat”? Hmmm

Hot sauce people think they’re so cool when they say “yeah this pure habanero sauce has no heat”. Tolerance or not, habaneros are hot. You can pretend it’s not. But it is. No need to be macho

Scotch bonnet is like my favorite flavor in the world so I’m going to have to track this down online! Maybe for the next bottle you could use 1tbsp or so and then fill the void with superhot powder (or extract if you’re crazy)? It might negatively affect the taste so maybe start with a little in a bowl to see if it’s worth it

1tsp = 110 cals??

It’s weird that a Scotch Bonnet sauce doesn’t have heat, it should be about the same heat as a Habanero sauce.
