Just got this Pour Over coffee maker, I broke it in using a 1:16 ratio of Guatemalan coffee

    Tell me, what do you thing about Guatemalan coffee?
    Is it taste strong?

    Honestly, it kinda depends on the variety and the region. Like right now I’ve got a pound of Geisha from Huehue and another of Pacamara from Acatenango. The Geisha’s got a 91≈ on the SCA scale, but I actually prefer the Pacamara — it’s a bit more acidic and hits stronger, at least to me. So yeah, Guatemalan coffee’s totally worth it if you’ve got a picky palate. If not, you might not really notice the difference
