I’m a big junk eater. Like a I have a sweet tooth or something. I’ve just started to limit junk foods, and slow transitioning to eating healthy so that I can stay within calories. But it’s so hard, like how do I do it so it’s not stressful lol.

But I made so much progress though. I dont really do well with cooking so then I tend to starve myself a lot, then I’d get hungry and would want sweet then start snacking. I’ve limit that. I’m also replace my breakfast with a healthy smoothie. And I’m eating 1-2 meals a day, and since my family is a heavy rice eater, I also tried to limit eat carbs.

Right now I just need to do better with not eating so late at night. And not disrupting my progress on the weekends (I usually hangout with my friends and then I feel like I wasted all the calories I saved throughout the week).

This is technically possible if you have severe diabetes lolÂ
*mandatory warning—obv please don’t do it! It’s called diablumia and has terrible long term consequences
