Took a block of super firm tofu and cut it into slices, breaded them with a double dredge of flour and panko using soy milk+lemon juice as the wet portion. Baked in the oven with intermittent brushing of barbeque sauce, then served on a buttered bun with some lettuce, pickles, and mayo. Enjoyed along some nooch-covered broccoli and rice.
