I am not a Chef just a Home Cook. I make simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make online or recipe books and will make it and give it a try.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are Family Recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.

[Music] [Laughter] I’m going to be making a crock pot sausage and peppers. You’re going to add your peppers and your onions into the crock pot. I bought one large white onion and I sliced it up. So, I’m going to add that into the crock pot. I’m using the the crockot liners. These are slow cooker liners. It just makes clean up easier. I’m just going to add that one large onion in there. And then I’m going to add some peppers. I got I got green, yellow, orange, and red bell peppers that I sliced up. I’m just going to add some of all of it in there. You can add any co any kind of bell pepper you want. I think that’s enough cuz I’m going to freeze the rest of these spoon. Now you’re going to add one tablespoon Italian seasoning. You’re going to add half a tablespoon of garlic powder. I want to thank Rhonda from Rhonda’s Country Kitchen for giving me the tip on putting your garlic powder in the refrigerator. It keeps it from getting hard. I’ve had it in the refrigerator and it hasn’t gotten hardened. The same with onion powder. I hated when I’d have a jar go bad because it’d be so hard to get out. That really works. Now, stir this in. Put salt and pepper and do that to your taste. Stir that all in. You know, this would be good with Memorial Day coming up soon. This would be good for that. You could just make it ahead of time and when your guests come, you can just keep it on warm and then you can make rolls out of it. Have rolls or whatever hot dog buns. I know I have not been uploading a lot. You know, my health has been bad. I am starting to feel some better. where I was very sick to my stomach for about two maybe 3 weeks. It was really acting up. I have IBS, so I get flare ups sometimes. Fibromyalgia, that’s just something that I live with. There is no cure for fibromyalgia or arthritis. You just have to take medicine for it when you’re in a lot of pain. My stomach is feeling a a lot better right now. And I get those flare ups and there’s nothing I can do about it. Just have to let it go through its thing and take medicine for it. Now you’re going to you’re going to either cut up in pieces or you can slice the sausage. And she’s calls for Italian sausages. Have these smoked brats. They were buy one get one free. And I had those in the freezer. I gave the other one to my daughter. She was very happy to get that. I’m going to cut them up in pieces. Now you’re going to add 1 and 1/2 cups of marinara sauce. Now you’re going to stir this in. I’m going to be making rice to go with this. Get it all coated well with the marinara sauce. Two tablespoon of butter on top and let it cook. And then you’re going to stir it all when it’s done. This is done. Stir it up. It smells really good. I’m going to put it in a bowl over some rice. And like I said, if you want to put it on a hogy bun, you can do that, too. Some noodles. If you want to put it over egg noodles, that’s good, too. I’m going to try it for you. It smells really good. My goodness, that is good. That is really good. I’ll have the recipe in the description. And thank you for watching.
