Should have removed it a minute before, and I shouldn't eat pizzas everyday.
I used Vito's recipes.

Domestic oven goes to 300c, pizza steel.
Toppings: saint Marcellin cheese (not a fan on a pizza), mozzarella, pancetta.

    I love your dedication. When trying something new, I also eat it multiple times a week.
    When I perfected my Schnitzel, I ate it 3-4 times a week 😀

    Good result but as you mention, it’s a little dark in spots for my taste. Still, it wouldn’t stop me from devouring it.
