1/3 cup vegan butter
3 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup millet flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
3 Tbsp water

Filling
1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
2 oranges (1 zested, 2 juiced)
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tsp psyllium husk (whole husk)
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
