I bought a 2.2kg rib of a Hereford beef from a local farm shop.
Cut it into 4 steaks. 2 x 12oz, 1 x 15oz, 1x 19oz.
This is the 15oz. Cooked over charcoal with a dirty reverse sear straight on the coals.
Served with a homemade chimichurri.
I'll make a couple of different dishes with the rib bone and off cuts.

Not bad for £53 (around $70)
