50-100 ml lukewarm water (to adjust consistency after rising if needed)

Orange blossom honey syrup (Optional Topping for Baghrir)
50g unsalted butter
60g honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Zest of one orange
½ tsp orange blossom water

Simple Alternative
Equal parts of butter and honey.
