I usually do 24 hrs is the extra time noticeable?

I tried 137° for 35 hours last week. It was really good. I don’t think it tasted like ribeye but it was super tender and yet held together. Kids liked it too.
I’ll make it again if only to see if I can do better to understand the hype!
