My pepper leaves are turning yellow . I think its because overfertilizing because i accidently fertilized them twice in 3 days . If its not because of the overfertilizing , can you guys tell me whats wrong with it ? The plant is kind of stunted and leaves are yellowing even before i fertilize them . If you guys have any tips on fixing them please tell me .

A lot of my plants did the same thing when they were around that size. They eventually grew out of it.
