Still new at this, and these are definitely a bit thinner than I normally buy, but alas – they were on sale.

That ring made it good enough to enjoy beyond my normal medium.

180 for 90 minutes with a smoke stick + super smoke, then 4 minutes a side at 450. Had to get some grease on the grates for pork butt tomorrow.

    I gotta say, im not a fan of smoked burger patties. Its like eating thin meatloaf to me lol.

  3. I made some thicker burgers ripped them off at 133 and they ruled.
