Get a galvanized bucket from Home Depot to put under it instead of the pan. Makes your life a lot better

Learning zones from two zone cooking to one zone cooking. You don’t need it, but get yourself a slow and sear. They’re a little expensive but you can find them on Amazon or at s&sgrills.com. The vortex is overrated but a rotisserie is a good purchase.
