Sometimes happens particularly with peppers grown indoors / in polytunnels. Something to do with not being pollinated but still making the pepper anyway?

That’s a win for the cost.. in my limited experience, I’ve found that bell pepper seeds add around 20% of the weight
Plus a smidge less prep time.. can’t cut out what’s not there..
