Even tho I read the title, I still thought it was cheese

You can’t convince me that’s not a slice of gruyére

  3. Slowly_boiling_frog

Dense and thick are two different metrics.

That looks like you embedded some random seeds into a block of vinyl. Bleugh.

  4. That’s a soap bar, with seeds for exfoliating and everything. Yum.

Can you please post the package? I need to see how they pretended this was bread

  6. Jake_Herr77

Thought it was scrapple and started noping my way out of this thread.

  7. epidemicsaints

It’s also leavening free. Nary a bubble did form.

  8. NotSarkastik

being able to grate fresh bread isn’t usual

  9. Dogsbottombottom

I promise you, you can get better gluten free bread than that. That is shit.

I think “dense” is the description you’re looking for. It’s not thick, just dense.

Dude thinks no one has ever seen fucking cheese before lol

What was the recipe? I’m very uninterested in making it, I just need to… understand

that bread is more real than my girlfriend too

  15. SpeedyGrim

Was wondering why you were showing a close up of the cheese while talking about bread. Alas. The cheese was the bread.

I’m a baker. I have gluten-free friends that I love. I refuse to make them “gluten free bread” because I neither want to accidentally kill them because of stray gluten in my house, nor give them bread that’s really really crappy because there are so few actually decent GF bread recipes that don’t cost insane money for weird flours.

if this is really bread, it might genuinely be the worst bread in human history

I should buy some Gouda with cumin mmmmm

    I’ve made rubber bread before… when I was 9. 😔

First glance at the picture I thought this was going to be a post in r/mold asking if there was mold on the cheese and if it is “safe to eat”.

  21. Wise_Monitor_Lizard

    What even happened here?

The only time I’ve seen bread this dense is badly made banana bread. Holy shit

  22. stupifystupify

Is the bread in the room with us right now?

  23. Finally you can give in to your intrusive thoughts, and eat an eraser gum.

I feel bad for people that cant eat gluten, like they have to make gluten free stuff that isnt terrible right? I used to work as a banquet server for a fancy ass hotel and our gluten free buns for meal service were basically rocks. Noone would eat them and when we cleaned up later we would throw them at each other, they really hurt haha.

  25. Independent-Battle35

I was convinced that it was cheese until you said that it’s gluten free.

  26. SushiGradeNarwhal

Bread? Or bread cheese? Looks more like some kind of juusto than anything I’ve ever seen containing flour.

  27. PurpleWatermelonz

Is that the carnivore)low carb bread thing? Bread made with cottage cheese and eggs and whatnot?
