In this tiktok the fried chicken seems to have a powdered seasoning and it looks so good but i’m not sure what it’s called/the flavour

It’s powdered cheese! There’s a chain in Korea called Purinkle (a play on the word sprinkle) and they roll their fried food in seasoned cheese powder, like the stuff that comes in Kraft Mac and cheese 🙂

Not fully sure, but it kinda looks like cheese powder. Koreans are big on cheesy stuff. That bb.q fried chicken place makes a cheese powder coated one and it looks VERY similar to your pic.

Cheese purikle. Taste sweet and salty. I love it, though. Inwish I can buy the seasoning packet only.

If youre American, if you’d like to try it on some Korean fried chicken you make, buy a box of kraft mac and cheese, take the powdered cheese packet put it into a bowl. Then add dried parsley to it, and roll your chicken in the seasoning. It’s a great dupe.
