I don't know about you guys but I'm tired of endless salad with no tomatoes in it. it's been a long cold rainy spring.

Awesome! I had broccoli and celery last night. (And herbs) I should post mine next time! Love that

There’s always greener greens on the other side…. I’ve personally been trying to get ANY lettuce from seed since early March. You’re killing it!!

Great photos !
As for the tomatoes, i suggest you try comfit some in the oven with light herbs, olive oil and optionnal garlic. Then freeze them individually and store in freezer bags. They will rend water when unfrozen and taste better heated a bit rather than cold, and is nowhere near fresh tomatoes, still such a great comfort on toast on the side of salads in winter/spring. Like bruschettas for instance ! *yummy*

Wow! Your greens are ahead of mine! I’ve got herbs, rhubarb, and onion greens only at this point. I’m patiently waiting for my greens to get bigger.

Lovely photos, what do you do with the dandelion flowers and the lilac?

What a lovely harvest! What are the leafy purple things on the top of the third pic?
Edit: Also, I’d kill to have spinach like that. Slugs almost always destroy the fuck out of any spinach I plant.

You know though, having moved from a slow start summer to quick heat, I miss endless greens and root veggies. I complained about endlessly. But it’s only May and my only greens are Dino kale, perpetual spinach, swiss chard…I miss lettuce, broccoli, spinach lol. Your harvest is lovely!

This looks lovely. I am somewhere between a cold zone and a hot zone so I am getting neither greens nor tomatoes anytime soon! 👎🏽

Amazing harvest. I don’t plant greens, so the only thing on my harvest list this week is herbs and some honeyberries while I wait for my peas and strawberries to finally produce.

I know, right?! All these folks posting their tomatoes and peppers and I just got mine in the ground (PNW).
