Hot Ranch Chicken Folded Wraps 

A quick, easy high protein recipe for under 500 calories 😍 these wraps are loaded with pulled hot sauce ranch chicken, gooey cheese, lettuce and crunchy tortilla chips 🤌🏻

Ingredients (serves 2): 
250g chicken breast cut into strips 
1 tsp garlic granules 
½ tsp onion granules 
½ tsp smoked paprika 
½ tsp dried parsley 
½ tsp dried chives
¼ tsp dried dill 
2 tsp hot sauce 
50ml chicken stock 
2 tortilla wraps 
50g mozzarella grated 
2 handfuls of shredded lettuce 
20g tortilla chips crushed

Hot sauce mayo:
30g lighter mayo 
1 and ½ tsp hot sauce

💕 Season the chicken all over with the garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, parsley, chives and dill. Transfer to a hot pan and cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. 

💕Remove from the pan and shred using two forks. 

💕Return to the pan and add 2 tsp hot sauce, along with the chicken stock. Leave over medium heat for a few minutes to thicken. 

💕Meanwhile mix together the ingredients for the hot sauce mayo. 

💕Slice a wrap half way down the centre. 

💕Add the chicken to one quadrant, followed by the cheese, lettuce, hot sauce mayo and crushed tortilla chips. 

💕Fold over each quarter. Place into a hot pan tortilla chip side down first. Cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes until crispy.

💕Flip for a further 30 seconds before removing from the pan and serving.

Calories per wrap: 476 l Protein: 39.9g l Fat: 15.8g l Carbs: 43.1g
