Bought my first Traeger (Woodbridge Pro) a couple of weeks ago. First cook was a pork shoulder that came out great. This was 4th cook. Wings and chicken in between. Love it! Came out great. It was a 12 pound brisket from Costco. Did it overnight at 180. Then finished it off today slowly bumping up temps until it got to around 200 and probe tender. Don’t think I trimmed it well enough but this is my 3rd brisket so I’m learning.
Seasoned it with Tuffy Stone and Sweet swine of mine Texas beef.

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
