Sorry I didn’t realize I need to include the whole recipe. I mean it’s the box King Arthur keto pizza dough. Although the first time I made it I split the box and I used way too much “flour”. It’s supposed to be 1 and 1/3 cup but I only ended up with 3/4 of a cup. Anyway I managed to get it to stretch all the way across a 10-in iron skillet, 12 in I don’t know. Tomato paste, mozzarella, thinly sliced onion. And that pepperoni that curls up on the edges. Hit it with a little olive oil before it went in the oven. 475° in an iron skillet. I put the dough into the skillet and then just kept pressing it to the edges every 10 or 15 minutes. Until it covered the bottom. Put cheese out to the edge so it had that Detroit kind of a vibe. Anyway pretty tasty. I mean the dough is kind of like cardboard, but if you top it with enough stuff it’s pretty damn tasty. The hard part was that my wife made a pizza on the grill for her and the kids, and she absolutely crushed it. Had a couple of bites, but, stuck with my keto pie. Down 13 lb a few weeks. Pretty psyched.

My mom eats gluten free pizza. It makes an attempt at looking appetizing but it always falls short.

King Arthur pizza dough is so good! The closest thing to regular dough we have found.
We can get two 18″ pizzas out of one box.
Delicious! 🍕🍕🍕

I wanted to like this dough I really did. Just gives me awful stomach cramps for some reason.
