First time smoking ribs on my new 26. Trying snake method while I save up for sns. Will update later on how they turn out!

  1. The 26″ truly makes those ribs look small…

I may need to snag a 26″ some time just to attempt using the SkyFlame stainless steel heat controller in it… With several racks of ribs.

Nice! I wonder if the charcoal baskets can make a bro n sear big enough for the 26. I need me a 26!

You may be new to this, but you have a Smoke, so you seem to figure a few things out rather quickly. I have an SNS for my 22 inch kettle, and I like it a lot., Although it’s not absolutely necessary. I am lazy, and I don’t feel like constructing a snake every weekend. Happy grilling, I’m sure the ribs will be great.

Keep me updated. Will be doing something similar with my kettle tomorrow.
