How did I do? Fiancée wanted steak for Memorial Day weekend.
We went to our local butcher and asked for prime shells. (Didn’t have on display) the butcher came and showed me and said it’s your lucky day, beautiful cuts. Anyone else make chimichurri sauce every time?!
