Thank you to everyone who commented on how I should use this weird cheese. I didn't expect the original post to blow up so much.
A lot of people were curious about how this cheese tastes. It tastes exactly like it says. Tequila, lime, and cheddar. Quite an alarming flavor combination. Very odd, kind of gross, but still good. It even tinkles in your throat for a second like you just took a very small shot of tequila. If anyone wonders why I'd buy a cheese with such an absurd title, it's because I'm a freak and it sounded good to me. I like tequila. I like lime. I like cheddar. So why not?
I decided to follow what many of you said to do with it, which was nachos. So I melted it down, added some medium cheddar so it was creamier, and poured that over some nachos. This was 100% the best choice for this cheese. This is so good. I will definitely buy this cheese again for the purpose of nachos
