For Breakfast we have some Poppy Seed and everything bagels from Brooklyn Water Bagels via Too Good to Go with some butter and cream cheese. I plan to consume this with the Ensure and some cotton candy grapes.

For Lunch I have some Lamb Gyros slices (from Restaurant Depot via Instacart) pan fried with Greek seasoning, some steamed Broccoli Normandy (Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, yellow carrots, and tzatziki sauce. I toasted some pre oiled pita bread to consume with it. Not pictured are apples.

For snack I have some PAC-Man themed Krispy Kreme donuts (the strawberry you hunt after swallowing the big dot🤣) and some nature valley granola bars.

Hopefully this will help pacify me as I contemplate what to cook for the next work weeks meal prep( oxtails? Ribs? curry goat? mutton? pesto Alfredo?🤷🏿‍♀️)

    Gyros would be SOOOO good. All I can find around me are really poor cuts, and they are super dry by the time you throw them on your bread. Instacart, you say?

    And good call on the pacman donuts. I had intended to get the crew a box but kept forgetting.
