Thats one of the most depressed tomato plants i’ve ever seen
Calanoida
Depends on if there are any other stems growing. Check to see if any new stems are popping out of the joint between branches and the main stem (aka suckers). If yes, that is your new main stem. If no and there are truly just branches, you are out of luck. I can’t see any in the picture, but doesn’t hurt to wait and see if any will pop up. Good luck 👍

Should be fine, it will still produce fruit later. Should be… I did the same thing and mine is fine

It looks like you’ve also cut all of the suckers (new stems). If you see a new sucker stem pop out it will become a new main stem.

Pro term is “topping”. It should be okay,
If anyone asks, you can say you are doing an experiment, in that by topping the plant you want to see if it will grow two new main stems. Poitentially doubling your harvest.
Just make sure the cut is clean. If it isn’t, cut it back an inch yourself with clean scissors or clippers. (clean as in, no foreign material in the cut).

It needs to be fed, will pop new stems, just pick the most upright sucker and let it grow.

Yes, I had a black brandywine start that dropped and got beheaded. Every leaf node had a new sucker growing strong, I think it’s looking super vigorous now, a couple weeks later.
