


Everyone was happy, including the vegan father-in-law who caved and ate a lobster tail 😄
Steps:
– Cut a couple new yorks in halves
– Coarse salt and pepper
– Grilled using direct heat @500F for about 2 mins each side
– Pulled off and wrapped
– Inserted my conveggtor for indirect heating
– Added the steaks and lobster back on @350-400F
– Pulled everything after being temp, which took around 15 mins

Your suppose to pull the lobster meat out of the shell before you cook it. So it lays on top the shell little paprika and butter is all. Still looks good thought.
