I have just done my first, tiny, meal prep and wanted to say thanks for this awesome community! I made roasted potatoes & broccoli, plus some chicken. I will also make some overnight oats for breakfast, and will take it from there.

I decided to start meal prep to control calories a bit better, but also for convenience. I find it difficult to cook every day and end up ordering take out way more often than I would like to 🙂
