For the egg style, I mixed and cooked on a pan:
3 cups of chickpea flour
1 tbsp of Kala Namak (black salt)
2 tbps of onion powder
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of ghost pepper powder
1 tsp of beetroot (for the pink)
Water
For the somewhat brown stuff, I used buckweat crackers soaked in soy paste + tamari sauce + vegan mayo + water
I sliced carrots
I slice cucumber
The rice is white rice (I stole the rice of my dad, yet I did cook red rice that was suppose to be use for those kimbap 😅)
I did a liquid seasoning that was tahini + water + ginger
I also decided to add some marinated beetroot.
I wrapped it all in dried nori sheets.
That's about it.

I forgot the sauce.
Sauce Ingredients
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Water
3 tsp Vinegar
4 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbps maple syrup
Ginger is good with it too!
