Just had our 2nd child on Wednesday. Reverse seared her a rib eye… how did I do? I am a little rusty so my steak was medium. Gave her the good medium rare one after 9 months of hard work.

Legitimate question, my pregnant friend is coming to a memorial dinner tomorrow that I’m doing sides for and was planning on steak crostinis (plus a caprese Crostini and a mushroom pesto) because it thought she wouldn’t be eating fish.
My last Minute goto’s are crab cakes, shrimp, and. Salmon dip. Did smoke up Some salmon today that I was going to do something white but planned the steak for her because I now she liked it fore the pregnancy.
