places hand on heart

I do solemnly swear that I shall never cook wings in the air fryer or deep fryer ever again.

Basic pre seasoned wings from Costco.
195⁰ for 30min.
200⁰ for 45min.
250⁰ for 30min.
375⁰ for 20min.
475⁰ for 15min.

Used some Dave's hot sauce 1/2" cup, with Chipotle BBQ sauce 1/2" cup, and 5 tablespoons of butter. Mix over heat until butter is melted.

Pull wings from smoker, cover and rest for 10min.

Might be longer than needed, but really wanted to make sure they had a good smoke with the smoke tube. But dayum they were so juicy, tender, and a nice crispy skin.

Wife said best wings she's ever had. Have to agree.

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

  2. Those look AMAZING!

Congrats on the smoke tube. Now you’ll be able to cold smoke cheese in the winter.

Does the smoke tube make a big difference? Thinking about purchasing one
