I must say, they turned out way better than I would have thought. Slow cooked in the back of the grill to render out the fat for 30 min. Then high heat up front for another twenty. Rotating and flipped every 5min. I did my dad’s way and made a homemade buffalo sauce and dunked and charred, repeat 5 times. 5 coats of Sweet Baby Rays on the other half.
