Thinking about selling bbq and this is a test run for a meat platter. It has pork ribs, beef rib, smoked chicken, potatoe salad, mac and cheese and home made pickles and habanero pickled onion.

It really looks great. In my own opinion the bread is unnecessary. If there was pulled pork on there to make a sandwich, I get it. With ribs and chicken thighs it doesn’t make sense. That said, that meat looks so good.

I’m no official BBQ judge, but that’s very nice in so many ways. Appeals to the eyes. The arrangement is sharp. The smoke zone is place. The taste — I’m sure is spot on. 👍👍❗️👍👍

I say a 7 for two reasons. 1. The sides are too small for me. 2. Bread isn’t grilled/toasted lol so do those and it’s a solid 9😎😂

Looks great but I always find myself wondering how good a bbq plate could be if it came with fresh baked bread instead of the cheapest white bread from Walmart. I know it is traditional and every place does it, but when a meal for 1 costs $30, it should come with fresh bread.

Looks good I would do multiple variations of platters. #1 being this #2 being beef ribs pulled pork and sausages same sides maybe corn bread and sweet potato, bbq tacos are always popular. Meat pickled onion cotija and cilantro garnish. Elevated with house salsa. You got it man looks great think outside the bbq
