500 gr ground chicken
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon dry cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs

THE DIP:
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh mint
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
A pinch of salt
Fresh green chillies (optional) I didn’t add any
250 gr full fat yogurt

Pro tip:
When making the mint and yogurt dip, blend the herbs before adding the yogurt. Blending everything together can make the dip too watery—this way, you keep it nice and creamy!
