Take it to work next day. Heat up in microwave. Walk out for lunch and probably don’t come for at least an hour.
Or you could just slowly reheat in a skillet. If a bit dry, add some water (tablespoon or two only) to skillet when hot and cover for a minute. Then continue to reheat in the pan.

I wouldn’t be able to tell you. I never have any leftover to reheat. It’s one of my favorites!

Stir fry it again with a little bit of sesame oil, and then add in cold/old rice to make it into the nicest fried rice.
