Hello everyone. Today we’re bringing you one of the most refreshing, easiest, and most legendary flavors of summer. Judge. Should I start with the yogurt or grate the cucumber? Actually, it’s all a five-minute job. Judge is such a recipe that it goes perfectly with meals, can be sipped on its own to cool down, and even used for dipping tortillas. If you’ve subscribed to our channel and turned on notifications, let’s head to the kitchen. Without further delay, first, grate one large or two small cucumbers. Sprinkle a little salt over them and set aside to let them release their water. Then take two cups of yogurt into a bowl. Add in one clove of crushed garlic, salt, and about an 1/2 cup of cold water. Mix well. If you like, you can also add a little olive oil. It goes great. Add in the cucumbers. Mix it all together. And that’s it. Lastly, sprinkle some dried mint on top. And if you like, drizzle a little olive oil, too. You can even toss in some ice cubes, eat it by the spoonful, or drink it with a glass. Your choice.
