Place them in a baking pan, ready for filling. In a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, sautรฉ one chopped onion for 1 minute. Add 300 g of minced meat and stir fry for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Next, chop one red bell pepper. Add it to the skillet and saute for 1 minute. Mix in 1 tbsp of tomato paste, followed by the scooped out tomato centers. Let it all fry together. This is where the richness builds. Now season generously. 1 tbsp of salt, black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp of paprika, oregano, and basil. Stir and fry for 5 more minutes. Then finish with fresh parsley.   2. Wow! This sounds like a game changer ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎIโ€™m going to try this way!!! I do almost the same with stuffed bell peppers except I use 1/2 ground beef and half chorizo (Mexican sausage) and place a thin slice of cheddar inside the hollowed out bell peppers before scooping in the meat! Cover the peppers with a slice of white cheddar or provolone! Then bake. Super Yummy!!!
