Burger night! This week’s special had home ground center cut chuck and Denver steak, homemade American cheese with scallions and Hatch green pepper flakes, lettuce, tomato, shaved onion, my mustard pickles, and homemade burger sauce, on a buttered and griddled homemade brioche style bun.
