The too loud trendy music and weird knife flourishes, I get because it’s kind of like hibachi so that I can be okay with The showmanship. But this is what I can’t.
1. Knife cuts are terrible, not consistent, and not at an angle. 2. My meat is being man handled. Even with gloves the meat does not need this much movement, it losing juices from the bad cut. 3. Who uses butane upside down? The next thing we’ll see is another post from this restaurant where somebody bursts the sprinkler system.
I kept going back to see if it would be any better in the end and it just kept getting worse after the butane I was done.
