    Looks grand to me, no wrap tends to be my go to for ribs, indeed pretty much anything unless I need to power through a stall!

    Yeah I started off wrapping my meat but one day I tried no wrap and I haven’t looked back

    3-2-1. Smoked unwrapped three hours wrapped two hours finish one hour with some sauce.

    They always look burnt, but that black stuff tastes great. I noticed without wrapping, the rub stays and the bark is better as well as more flavorful.

    I don’t wrap mine and these look similar. I like the more intense char and a dryer rib.

    I personally think that the char is a bit much(not bad or anything just kept a little longer than I would do it l). However, looks delicious to me. The smoke ring looks beautiful

    Pan underneath ribs with whatever liquid ya want and do not flip next time…
    Have your heat offset if you didn’t this time. Spritz with what you decided to put in the pan every hourish 👌🏼😎
    Sauce if you want the last hour
