My wife and I started trying to grow veggies this year. We've made the mistake of overwatering and had to toss a few things. I see from this sub that's fairly normal, we're just happy to be learning.
The pepper plants are thriving the best by far. Harvested my very first green pepper today and wanted to share! There's 6 more on the way

Congratulations and success with many, many more!

  5. Last year, I had a crazy amount of peppers. I read that you can cut them up, put them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet a freeze them. It works amazingly well. I’ve used my peppers all this time and they are crispy.
