    I can’t stop eating this- it is my new favorite snack- I love it with apples, carrots, cukes and or crackers! It is less expensive to make it than to buy it and is super rich in potassium and has 8% of your magnesium for the day- I started serving this as an appetizer when people come over and it disappears.

    I love pistachios and have yet to make this.

  7. We don’t see pistachio butter on the shelves as it offers little natural peanut butter or sesame butter (tahini) doesn’t, each for a fraction of the cost.
