M. This is my 5inut high protein taziki recipe. So you’re going to first start off with half of a cucumber and you’re going to grate it very finely. Also make sure to stop at a safe point because you don’t want to cut your finger. So next you’re going to drain all the excess liquid. Now that we drained our cucumber, time to make the sauce. You’re going to put in a full cup of Greek yogurt. All right, so this is where it’s going to throw some people off. I like to put in half a cup of cottage cheese. Next, you put in your drained cucumbers. Put in some fresh herbs. I’m putting in some dill. I like to put in dill, but you could also put in fresh mint. Next, we’re going to put in half of a lemon, some salt, garlic, and finish it off with some good quality olive oil. Wow, this is incredible. I love this dip because it’s so high protein and low calorie for the amount of dip you get to eat. So, I know the cottage cheese might throw some people off, but I swear by it. It increases the volume, more protein, and it makes it super creamy. You guys need to try this

Tip: if you already have one around the house, you can use a potato ricer to squeeze the liquid out of cucumber for tzatziki. It’s so much easier!
