Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk ( At room temperature)
3 eggs ( At room temperature)
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest of 1 large orange

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and lemon zest. Add the eggs and whisk until well combined. Add the olive oil, orange juice. Mix until smooth.
Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
